A high-rise residential development in Mount Erskine, Penang, strategically located along Jalan Mount Erskine, within a short 5-minute drive down to the well developed zone of Fettes Park, Tanjung Tokong, Seri Tanjung Penang and Gurney Drive.

Design Village, Penang
Oneworks Lighting was involved in the lighting design for retail shops, interior and exterior landscape for the Design Village, Penang – the first and only outlet mall in Penang, just 5 minutes from the North-South Expressway exit and the 2nd Penang Bridge exit at Batu Kawan.

The largest Convention Centre with Hotel in Penang, featuring 453 rooms in 3 tiers – perfect for accommodating conference and business guests from all over the world. Oneworks Lighting team supplied and installed interior lighting for guest rooms and the public area, as well as the facade and landscape lighting.

Using warm white colour to pick out individual columns, flooding façade with LED to re-beautify the building during darker hours.

We upgraded the building’s landscape lighting with low-voltage, energy-efficient lamps, replacing damaged fixtures to enhance beauty, safety, and functionality.

Sunway Southquay Geolake
Sunway Southquay Geolake is the highest point within the enclave. The first-ever urban farming community garden in Sunway City features the longest maze garden and elegant landscapes by award-winning landscape architects. Oneworks Lighting team proudly took part in supplying and installing LED lighting on their landscape.
Lighting Design for Public Infrastructure
Universities & Hospitals
Oneworks Lighting retrofited the interior campus lighting at the Institute of Bioscience (IBS), UPM using sustainable LED, in an effort to improve lighting performance and achieve greater energy saving. Besides, we also assisted to retrofit existing fluorescent light to highly efficient, low wattage and low THD’s LED light for a number of hospitals and tertiary institutions in the country.
