DATO' LEONG AH HIN
Dato' Leong has served the civil service for more than 30 years. As a diplomatic and administrative officer, he was with the foreign ministry in 1971 and later held many public service positions in various governmental agencies. His last position was the secretary-general at the Ministry of Science and Technology.
As Secretary General, he was involved in many other positions in the Ministry including board member in Mimos Bhd, Technology Park Malaysia and National Information Technology Council. Upon retiring from governmental duties, he is currently serving as a board member at KLCC Properties and Government Printers.
PHEN YEE KANG
Mr Phen Yee Kang was conferred Master of Information Management and Systems in July 2008 by Monash University. He joined the company in 2009 as a system analyst and was later appointed as the director in 2010. Soon after, he transformed the company from an insurance claim services provider to a software house, call centre as well as many new ventures.
The rapid growth of the company can be seen from a mere 10 staffs to around 40 knowledgeable workers within a year. Mr Phen Yee Kang is also a certified insurance and Microsoft certified practitioner.
DATO' RAMLI BIN ABD RAHMAN
Independent Non-Executive Director
Dato' Ramli graduated in 1973 from University of Malaya and was immediately recruited into the Administrative and Diplomatic Service (PTD) to begin what would be a fulfilling career in the Malaysian Civil Service.
In a career spanning 31 years, Dato' Ramli carved his niche and was involved extensively in managing the country's national security serving in the Ministry of Home Affairs and Prime Minister's Department.
Dato' Ramli acquired the encompassing experience in the public sector that became the hallmark of his career until his retirement from Director General, National Anti-Narcotics Agency, and Ministry of Home Affairs on 14 May 2004.
